What does your optimal fiction app look like?
Finding a good fiction app is like shopping for a Christmas present for that great-uncle twice removed you've never met. A lot of the time, nothing works! This is because we have a specific way we write our stories, and writing apps don't always serve those needs.
So I thought I'd see what you think before I build Fictionfolder up too much. What would you find helpful in a fiction app? What features would help you write the most?
(Just an aside: Fictionfolder isn't endorsed or affiliated with any of these brands. These are just some cool ideas I had I thought I'd put out there!)
(And PS: Please don't click the voting buttons a million times.)
   Upload Pinterest Boards
Do you use Pinterest's library of creative images to spark inspiration? What if your boards could be uploaded right next to all your other documents?
- Upload character inspiration boards into Fictionfolder.
- Upload setting visualization alongside research and brainstorming.

   Integrate with Spotify Music
Sometimes, the right song takes our writing workflow to the next level. But what if the music that fits your fiction project was organized within it?
- Upload Spotify playlists into Fictionfolder.
- Play your project's theme music in any editor.

   Choose From Plot Templates
What plot structure helps you plan out your stories? Freytag's pyramid? Parent-and-child arcs? Sticky notes? Acts and scenes? Each of these has different advantages, but what if you could easily experiment and choose which one works best?
- Try out different plot structures within a project.
- Graphically view your plot's structure within the editor.

That Essential Tool
What's the app or writing tool that you constantly use and would like to see integrated with Fictionfolder?
(It doesn't even have to be built for writers!
Think Pinterest, Spotify, or 16Personalities.
Mine are Notepad and Wikipedia.)
